Section 62(1) in The Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922
(1)The president of the tribunal shall, from time to time, prepare a statement showing -(a)the number and grades of the clerks and other officers and servants who in his opinion should be maintained for carrying on the business of the tribunal.(b)the amount of the salary to be paid to each such clerk, officer and servant.
