1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called 'Uttarakhand Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act Compensation for delayed Payment of Wage Rules, 2018'.(2)It shall extends to the whole of Uttarakhand.(3)These Rules shall come into force from date of publication in Gazette.In this rules, unless there is anything regarding in the subject or reference.
