65. Power to amend the Schedule.
(1)The Government may, by notification, amend the Schedule to include in it any agricultural produce or to exclude therefrom any agricultural produce or to alter the description of any agricultural produce therein.(2)When the Schedule is so amended, any reference to the Schedule in this Act shall be construed as a reference to the Schedule as so amended.
