Section 65(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987
(1)The Government may, by notification, amend the Schedule to include in it any agricultural produce or to exclude therefrom any agricultural produce or to alter the description of any agricultural produce therein.
