1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh [Khadi Tatha Gramodyog] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 25 of 1979 (w.e.f. 22-6-1979).] Adhiniyam, 1978.(2)It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
