Section 16(1) in The M.P. Motoryan Karadhan Rules, 1991
(1)Any officer of Transport Department not below the rank of Transport Sub-inspector or an officer of the police Department not below the rank of Sub-Inspector of Police may exercise the powers under sub-section (1) of Section 16 of the Act.
