Section 18(i) in The Punjab School Education Board Employees (Conduct) Regulations, 1978
(i)a farewell entertainment of a substantially private and informal character held in honour of an employee of the Board or any other employee of the Board on the occasion of his retirement or transfer of any person who has recently quit the service.
