Section 16(1) in The Garo Hills Cotton Jute and Ginger Trade Regulation, 1980
(1)Every grower, resident in the district may be a member of the Growers' Association on payment of Rs. 2 (Rupees two) as registration fee which will be non-recurring and non-refundable.
