Section 2(d) in Haryana State Central Co-operative Bank's Staff Service (Common Cadre) Rules, 1975
(d)"Administrative Committee" means the Committee constituted by the respective Central Co-operative Bank under the provisions of the bye-laws or in the absence of such provisions in bye-laws, a committee constituted by the Board of the respective Central Co-operative Bank for the administration of these Rules.
