Section 60(1) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development (General) Rules, 1995
(1)The notice referred to under sub-section (1) of Section 117 shall be given in Form XXII giving the following particulars, namely :-(a)the existing building or structures which is in contravention of the provision of the final Scheme;(b)erection or re-erection of building or structure and any other work carried out or being carried out within the area of the Scheme in contravention of the final scheme.
