Section 60 in Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1966
60. Boilers, gas engines, etc.
(1)Boilers, steam engines, gas engines and dynamos when used for the supply of electricity to such premises shall be placed in such positions as shall be sanctioned by the Electrical Inspector to Government. All necessary provisions shall be made for keeping the temperature of the engine rooms within proper limits.(2)Oil or gas engines shall be placed in buildings adequately and continuously ventilated so that no explosive mixture of gas can accumulate.
