28. Conduct of auction.
(1)The auction shall be conducted by an officer appointed by the Vice-Chairman in this behalf.(2)Such officer shall conduct auction in the presence and under the supervision of a Committee consisting of not less than two senior officers of Authority, appointed by the Vice-Chairman in this behalf.
