50. Protection of acts and orders.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any officer, teacher or other employee of the University for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act, or Statute, Ordinance or Regulation. No person in the University-(a)shall impart instruction, unless such person possesses the qualifications laid down by Academic Council in that behalf; and(b)shall impart instruction except in such subject or subjects and up to the standard for which his qualifications have been approved by Academic Council.
