1. Short title and extent.
(1)This Act may be called the United Provinces Minor Irrigation Works Act, 1920.(2)[ It shall [extend] [Substituted for sub-section (2) of Section 1 by the A.O. 1950.] to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.]
