(a)There shall be provided for use in an emergency-(i)adequate and readily accessible means of drenching with cold water persons and the clothing of persons, who have become splashed with such liquid;(ii)adequate special arrangements to deal with any person who has been splashed with poisonous materials that can be absorbed through the skin.(iii)a sufficient number of eye-wash bottles , fitted with distilled water or other suitable liquid, kept in boxes or cupboards conveniently situated and clearly indicated by a distinctive sign which shall be visible at all times.
