Section 17(1) in Tamil Nadu Homeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homeopathy Rules, 1972
(1)The registrar shall, in the month of July each year, prepare a statement of income and expenditure of the proceedings financial year and draw the attention of the council to such matters as he may think fit.
