Section 4(1) in The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Board (Recognition for the Purposes of Affiliation) Regulations, 1973
(1)When the Board is satisfied that an application for affiliation, is in order, it shall depute a panel of not more than 3 of its members to inspect the institution for verification of the facts mentioned by the institution in its application for affiliation and for ascertaining how far the institution fulfils the conditions of affiliation as laid down in these regulations and to submit its. report to the Board within a period specified by it.
