Section 46(1) in Jawaharlal Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research Puducherry, Regulations, 2008
(1)The Institute shall use its lands and buildings for the purpose of the Institute and may, for such purposes, allot them for occupation by such persons or officers as the Governing Body may decide.
