Section 2 in The Bureau of Indian Standards (Advisory Committees) Regulations, 2018
2. Definitions.
- In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, -(a)"Act" means the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016);(b)"rules" means the Bureau of Indian Standards Rules, 2017;(c)all other words and expressions used in these regulations and not defined but defined in the Act or the rules shall have the same meanings, as respectively, assigned to them in the Act or the rules.
