Section 4(1) in Rajasthan Para-medical Council Regulations, 2014
(1)The meetings of the Council shall ordinarily be held at Jaipur on such dates as may be fixed by the Council:Provided that the President may call special meeting at any time after giving three days notice -(a)to deal with any urgent matter requiring the attention of the Council;(b)on a requisition signed by not less than one third of the effective members of the Council for a purpose which is within the scope of the Council's functions.Provided further that meetings of the Council may be held at any other place as may be decided by the Council.
