23. Other Officers of a University-General terms and conditions.
(1)Any officer of a University referred to in clauses (3) to (7) of Section 19 shall be a whole time officer of a University and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board of Management.(2)The salary and allowances and other conditions of service of such an officer shall be as prescribed by the Statutes.
