Section 23(1) in The Jharkhand State Agricultural University Act, 2000
(1)Any officer of a University referred to in clauses (3) to (7) of Section 19 shall be a whole time officer of a University and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board of Management.
