Section 46(a) in The Wild Life (Protection) (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1974
(a)to commence or carry on the business as :-(i)a manufacturer of or dealer in an animal article shall be 50 rupees;(ii)a taxidermist shall be 50 rupees;(iii)a dealer in trophy or uncured trophy shall be 100 rupees;(iv)a dealer in captive animals shall be 50 rupees;(v)a dealer in meat shall be 20 rupees;
