Section 246 in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
246. Scaffold supported building.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that-(a)no part of a building is used as support or part of a scaffold unless such part of the building is made of sufficient strength and made of sound material to afford safe support;(b)overhanging eaves gutters are not used for supporting scaffold;(c)suspended scaffold is made of in accordance with the relevant national standard before being used by the building workers;
