Section 2(48) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(48)"Renewable Energy Sources" means and includes non-conventional renewable generating sources such as mini hydel, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban/municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the Ministry of Non-conventional Energy Sources, Government of India, excluding the nuclear power stations and hydel power stations of capacity above 25 MW.
