2. It appears that vide order dated 18.08.2021, CM No. 26634/2021 in LPA 250/2021, CM. No. 26919/2021 in LPA 259/2021, CM. No. 26956/2021 in LPA 268/2021, CM No. 26961/2021 in LPA 269/2021, CM No. 27008/2021 in LPA 271/2021 and CM No. 27011/2021 in LPA 272/2021, were allowed, inadvertently, as we were told, that these were exemption applications. However, on closer scrutiny, we found that these were applications concerning interim relief. Therefore, the aforementioned applications are put back on board.

4. The matter has been called out again. We are told by Mr. Adit Khorana that Mr. Mehta is still busy in another case listed before the Supreme Court.
