51. Utilization of the Fund.
(1)The fund shall not, without the prior approval of the State Government, be expended for any purpose other than those mentioned in the Act and these rules.(2)Further no sums of money shall be spent without specific provision in the budget of the Board which shall be got duly approved by the State Government before the beginning of any financial year.
