Section 11(1) in Maharashtra Factories (Safety Audit) Rules, 2014
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-rule (2), the State Government may, by order in writing, exempt any factory or category of factories from all or any of the provisions of these rules. subject to such conditions as it may specify in such order.
