(2)Subject to other provisions of this Act there shall be reserved for the persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes, at the stage of direct recruitment in public services and posts.(i)[ at the State level, the following percentage of vacancies arising in a recruitment year, in Classes I, II, III and IV posts- [[Substituted by M.P.
