Section 4(1) in Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Disclosure of Assets and Liabilities by President, Vice-President and Members of Village Panchayat) Rules, 1999
(1)After the receipt of the return specified in rule 3, the executive authority shall cause it be placed at the meeting of the village panchayat and send a copy to the Inspector.
