3. Submission of application for affiliation.
(1)An institution desirous of obtaining recognition for the purposes of affiliation from the Board, shall submit an application therefor in writing. The application shall be addressed to the Registrar and shall be in the form as per Appendix I. It shall be signed by a competent office bearer of the institution and shall be accompanied by an application fee of Rs.50/-which shall not be refundable. The fee may be sent to the Registrar either by postal order or by money order. The postal orders or the money order receipt, as the case may be, shall be enclosed with the application.(2)A separate application shall be submitted for obtaining affiliation with respect to each course of study.(3)The Registrar shall, on receipt of an application for affiliation place it before the Board.
