Section 8 in M.P. Nagreeya Nikay Samvida Shala Shikshak (Employment and Conditions of Contract) Rules, 2005
8. Compassionate Appointment.
(1)The Collector shall, under the rules or directions issued by the Government, advise the Nagreeya Nikay for appointment on compassionate ground of any person eligible for employment on the post of "Samvida Shala Shikshak" and the Nagreeya Nikay shall employ such person. No eligibility examination shall be required for Compassionate Appointment under Rule 8.(2)Period of contract and other terms and conditions of the Samvida Shala Shikshak appointed on compassionate ground will be the same as for other Samvida Shala Shikshak.
