Section 29(3) in The Bihar Intermediate Education Council Act, 1992
(3)The following shall be the function of the Examination Committee: -(a)To advise the Chairman in the selection of examiners, paper setters, moderators, tabulators, invigilators, observers and other officers connected with the examination for examinations conducted by the Council, and(b)To advise the Chairman on all other matters connected with the examination.
