Section 19(1) in The M.P. Vritti Kar Adhiniyam, 1995
(1)Every employer liable to pay tax under this Act shall maintain correct particulars of the employees employed under him and correct accounts in respect of [salaries or wages] [Substituted by M.P Act No. 8 of 1999.] paid to such employees.
