10. Admission in play school.
(a)No child below the age of three years should be admitted to the Play School.(b)The fees charged by the play school must be regulated by the State Government and only be collected on monthly or quarterly basis.(c)The play school while admitting a child, should not collect any capitation fee and subject the child or his or her parents or guardians to any screening procedure.(d)If any play school is found not adhering to point (b) and/or (c) will be subject to cancellation of recognition under point 8.Chapter-III Responsibilities of School and Educators
