- The competent authority may, at any time, withdraw the recognition granted under point 6,9. List of private play schools.
- The State Government should prepare and publish each year in the Gazette, after approval from State Council, a list containing the names of all private play schools which have been granted recognition under point 6, time to time and a list of private play schools in relation to which such recognition has been canceled during the same period.10. (a)As per Section 11 of RTE Act, 2009 the Act applies to play schools imparting pre-school education and hence, the functions assigned to NCPCR and SCPCR under Section 31 of the RTE Act, 2009 should also apply in case of play schools as defined in point 2(5).20. Accounts and Audit.
