Mr. V. B. Verma, Advocate, has placed on record instructions dated 09.05.2022, which reads as under:-
"In this context, it is submitted that necessary approval to raise loan of Rs. 110 crore to defray the pending liabilities of DCRG/Leave Encashmet of pensioners retired upto Dec- 2021 has been accorded by the Cabinet in its meeting held on 27.04.2022 and further necessary formalities to release the funds is under process.
Your are therefore, directed to apprise the Hon'ble Court and also request to grant more time of two months to release the funds please."
Now, the approval to raise loan of Rs. 110 crore has been granted by the Government to the HRTC to pay the pending liabilities of DCRG/Leave Encashment of pensioners, who have retired upto Dec.-2021, we deem it proper to postpone the hearing of these cases by two months.
