Section 1(ii) in Andhra Pradesh Government Professional Institutions (Regulation of Admissions into Under-graduate Medical and Dental Professional Courses) Rules, 2003
(ii)They shall apply to all Government Professional Institutions imparting Under-Graduate Professional Courses in Medical and Dental courses for which admissions shall be made to the 'Competent Authority Seats and to the 'Self Financing Seats/College Development Seats' in such manner as prescribed here in.
