Section 9(ii) in Patna Municipal Corporation (Grant of Permission for Display of Advertisements & Similar Devices) Regulations, 2012
(ii)When erected on terrace of a building, the maximum height of the hoarding board shall not be more than 12.2 meters (40') from the terrace level including the bottom clearance. It shall be further subject to height restrictions imposed by Airport Authority of India (IAAI) within its landing and take off operational area.
