13. Transfers And Postings.
- (i) The Engineer-in-Chief (Administration) shall be the competent authority for the categories of Assistant Engineer, Technical Officer, Assistant Technical Officer and Junior Technical Officer for initial postings and subsequent transfers.(ii)Engineer-in-Chief (Administration) shall be the competent authority for transfer and postings for the category of Technical Assistant outside the unit and the Superintending Engineer of concerned Irrigation Circle shall be the competent authority for transfer and postings within the unit.
