Section 13(ii) in Telangana Irrigation Engineering Subordinate Service Rules, 2018

(ii)Engineer-in-Chief (Administration) shall be the competent authority for transfer and postings for the category of Technical Assistant outside the unit and the Superintending Engineer of concerned Irrigation Circle shall be the competent authority for transfer and postings within the unit.
