(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely.-(i)the Director of the University, ex-officio, shall be the Chairman of the Committee;(ii)one member of the Board to be nominated by the President;(iii)one Dean of the University by rotation to be nominated by the Director;(iv)one expert professional to be nominated by the President; and(v)the Registrar shall be the non-member Secretary of the Committee.(2)The term of office of the member other than the ex-offico member shall be three years.
