Section 17(1) in The West Bengal State Homoeopathic Health Service Act, 2002.
(1)The scales of pay of persons appointed to the teaching posts, or to the teaching administrative posts, in the West Bengal Homoeopathic Education Service shall be such as may be prescribed.
