1. Short title and commencement.
- (i) These regulations may be called the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Appointment of Consultants) Regulations, 2008.(ii)These shall [come into force on the date] [Enforceable w.e.f. 14-10-2008.] of their publication in the official gazette.
