Section 4A(2) in Punjab Management of Senior Citizen Homes for Elderly Persons Scheme, 2019
(2)At the time of admission of persons to Senior Citizen Home, the following documents are required; namely:-(a)Application form;(b)Age proof (Aadhar Card or Voter Card or Voter List or Marksheet of 10th Class or Retirement Certificate or in case of Orphan, Self Declaration or Certificate from Civil Surgeon is sufficient) and,(c)Will of Property and list of belongings for the future course of action
