This is a Transfer Petition filed by the petitioner/wife under Section 25, CPC seeking to transfer petition bearing HMA Petition No.231 of 2022, titled, “Pankaj Kapoor vs. Priyanka”, pending before the Principal Judge (Family Court), Ambala, to the Family Court, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
On 17.02.2023, notice was issued and stay was granted. Though served, none has appeared on behalf of the respondent. This Court will therefore proceed on the unrebutted averments of the petitioner.
In these circumstances, HMA Petition No.231 of 2022, titled, “Pankaj Kapoor vs. Priyanka”, pending before the Principal Judge (Family Court), Ambala is transferred to the Court of Family Court, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
