Section 26(1) in The M.P. Jan Shiksha Adhiniyam, 2002
(1)A Shala Shiksha Kosh, Zila Shiksha Kosh and Rajya Shiksha Kosh, shall be established at school, district and State level respectively, for resource mobilization at school, district and State levels in such manner as may be prescribed.
