4. Vesting of the Undertakings.
(1)All the undertakings shall he deemed to be transferred to, and shall vest in the Government on the 23rd day of April, 1975.(2)The Government shall, by force of vesting in it of the undertakings under sub-section (1) be deemed to have entered into possession of all the properties, movable and immovable, fixed assets, rights, powers authorities and privileges of the Undertakings as from the vesting date.
