If any trader obtained licence of crusher unit, has paid any amount of market fee in respect of Sugar Year 2016-2017 to 2018-2019 opts to pay a lump-sum amount in lieu of market fee that may be payable by him, the amount of market fee already paid during that sugar year shall be deducted from the amount of lump-sum arrived at in accordance with this Notification.
