88. Repeal and Savings.
(1)The Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1972 (as amended from time to time), the Bihar Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2003 and Bihar Minor Mineral Rules, 2017 are hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said rules shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of the Act and these rules.(3)All references in any provisions of the rules so repealed shall be construed as references to the corresponding provisions of these rules.(4)All proceedings (including proceedings by way of investigations) pending before any Officer, Authority or Court, immediately before the commencement of these rules shall, on such commencement, be deemed to be proceedings pending before it as per these rules and shall continue to be dealt with accordingly.
